By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By accessing or using this website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms or that you are using this website with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to comply with these Terms.

2. Products

Elise Studios creates original apparel, accessories, and fashion-related products.

Many of our products are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Production times may vary depending on demand, materials, and manufacturing schedules. Any production or shipping estimates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Due to differences in lighting, photography, and screen settings, product colors and textures may vary slightly from what appears on your device. Because many items are handmade or individually produced, minor variations are considered part of the design process and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Although we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed using incorrect pricing.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inaccurate customer information, inventory limitations, or suspected unauthorized resale.

For made-to-order products, production begins after payment has been successfully processed. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Orders will not begin production until payment has been authorized and successfully processed.

If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order.

6. Shipping

Shipping and production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Elise Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges associated with their purchase.

Elise Studios has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or reimburse them.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Because many Elise Studios products are made to order, all sales are generally final.

Returns, exchanges, or replacements may be approved only if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item arrived damaged during transit.

  • Your item contains a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the delivery date.

To request assistance, customers may be required to provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged through misuse, or otherwise not in their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a return is approved, we will determine whether a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

9. Preorders

Certain products may be offered as preorders before production is complete.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that production has not yet been completed and that estimated shipping dates may change.

Production delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation except where required by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, artwork, illustrations, product designs, garment designs, photographs, videos, text, website design, and other creative materials, is the exclusive property of Elise Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, or otherwise used without our prior written permission.

11. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, social media posts, or other content to Elise Studios, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, and distribute that content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful software.

19. Made-to-Order Items

Some Elise Studios products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Production begins after an order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Production times may be affected by material availability, manufacturing schedules, quality control, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Because made-to-order items are produced specifically for each customer, orders generally cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

20. Limited Releases

Elise Studios may offer limited-edition collections, capsule releases, collaborations, exclusive products, or other items available only for a limited period or in limited quantities.

Availability is not guaranteed, and items may sell out without notice.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability. A purchase is confirmed only after your order has been successfully processed and accepted.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by any individual, household, or order and to cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers, automated purchasing systems ("bots"), or otherwise violate these Terms.

21. Promotional Codes & Discounts

From time to time, Elise Studios may offer promotional codes, discounts, or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional codes have no cash value.

  • Promotional codes may not be combined with other offers.

  • Promotional codes may only be used during the advertised promotional period.

  • Promotional codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.

  • Promotional codes may not be transferred, sold, copied, or reproduced.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to cancel orders if a promotional code was obtained or used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

22. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Elise Studios before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • cancellation of current or future orders;

  • suspension or termination of customer accounts;

  • collection efforts for unpaid balances where permitted by law; and

  • submission of evidence to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.

Elise Studios reserves all legal rights relating to payment disputes and fraudulent transactions.

23. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your email address or mobile phone number during checkout, account registration, newsletter signup, or other interactions with Elise Studios, you consent to receive communications relating to your account, orders, customer service, and other transactional matters.

If you separately opt in to receive marketing communications, you may also receive promotional emails or text messages regarding new collections, product launches, special offers, and company updates.

Marketing communications are optional. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or opt out of SMS marketing by following the instructions provided in the applicable text message.

All intellectual property associated with Elise Studios, including but not limited to:

  • the Elise Studios name;

  • logos;

  • trademarks;

  • product names;

  • garment designs;

  • prints;

  • graphics;

  • artwork;

  • patterns;

  • technical drawings;

  • photography;

  • videos;

  • written content;

  • website design;

  • marketing materials;

  • packaging;

  • styling concepts; and

  • other original creative works,

is owned by or licensed to Elise Studios and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, modify, distribute, display, publish, sell, license, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any Elise Studios intellectual property without our prior written permission.

The purchase of a product does not grant any ownership rights or license to reproduce, manufacture, or commercially exploit any Elise Studios design or creative work.

Elise Studios actively protects its intellectual property rights and reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against unauthorized use, infringement, counterfeiting, imitation, or misappropriation of its designs, trademarks, branding, or other proprietary materials.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any additional policies posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elise Studios regarding your use of the website and the purchase of our products and supersede any prior understandings or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
