Thank you for shopping with Elise Studios. This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply to purchases made through our website.

By placing an order with Elise Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Product Availability

Elise Studios offers a combination of:

In-stock products that are ready to ship.
Made-to-Order (MTO) products that are produced after an order is placed.
Limited-release and seasonal collections.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Your purchase is confirmed only after your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

Made-to-Order Products

Products identified as Made-to-Order on their product page are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Made-to-Order products require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order by contacting Elise Studios as soon as possible after purchase.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Orders may only be canceled if processing or production has not yet begun.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or production—including Made-to-Order products—it can no longer be canceled.

If an approved cancellation occurs before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, product selection, size, color, or other order details, please contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes before processing begins; however, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order enters processing or production, modifications cannot be made.

Limited Releases

Certain collections, capsule releases, collaborations, or exclusive products may be offered in limited quantities.

Due to their limited availability, these items may not be restocked after they sell out.

Elise Studios reserves the right to limit purchase quantities per customer, household, or order to help ensure fair access to limited-release products.

Orders suspected of using automated purchasing software ("bots"), fraudulent methods, or unauthorized resale practices may be canceled without notice.

Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and limited-time offers apply only during their advertised promotional period.

Promotions:

Cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
May not be combined unless specifically stated.
May not be transferred, sold, or reproduced.

Elise Studios reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

Price Adjustments

Elise Studios does not offer price adjustments.

If an item is purchased before or after a promotional event, sale, or discount period, the purchase price will not be adjusted or refunded to reflect the new price.
